The wait is over! NEET UG 2025 results are out, and now begins the most crucial phase of your medical journey — MBBS admission. Whether you’ve scored high or are worried about a low rank, don’t panic. You still have multiple options to pursue your dream of becoming a doctor.

In this blog, Saarthi MBBS, your trusted partner in medical education, shares a step-by-step admission guide to help you make the right decision after NEET results.

✅ Step 1: Know Your NEET UG 2025 Score and Rank

The first step is to carefully check:

  • NEET Scorecard (marks obtained)

  • All India Rank (AIR)

  • Category Rank (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

  • Qualifying Percentile

💡 Tip: Take a screenshot and download the PDF. You’ll need it multiple times during counselling.

🧾 Step 2: Understand Cut-Off Trends

Based on your score, check the expected cut-offs for:

  • Government colleges (State & All India Quota)

  • Private medical colleges

  • Deemed universities

  • AIIMS & JIPMER

  • Abroad MBBS options (no cut-off needed but NEET qualifying is mandatory)

📊 Use last year’s data to estimate your chances, but remember cut-offs vary every year.
